My background

When I moved to New York City for university, I started out as a pre-med student. But what I didn’t get was - was there a way to prevent these health conditions? And was medication the only way to help?

That is when I decided to study nutrition instead. I wanted to focus on helping people to live their lives more fully by modifying food and lifestyle rather than taking more and more medication.

Food is self-care

In NYC, I also fell in love with food (it’s an amazing place to eat!). The variety of cuisines, flavors, textures, and ingredients is inspiring - and I truly believe that eating healthy should include all of the foods you love!

Good nutrition can be an amazing (and delicious!) source of positive change, and I would love to show you how!

My Philosophy

I believe in a holistic approach to being healthy, and making it simple and achievable for everyone

What does holistic mean? Holistic wellness looks at your health as a whole, including your physical health, mental health, mindfulness, and adequate rest.

I tailor my recommendations to your needs, wants, and lifestyle (not everyone enjoys cooking, or hitting the gym, and that’s okay!). If you are ready to commit to change, then I will help you get to a better place.

From my 8+ years of clinical work...

I have learned and taught about how real food and movement can affect real changes in people's lives. I also became a first-time-mom last year and while it has been an amazing experience, I can appreciate how difficult it is to have balance and support when juggling many things. I am here to help you navigate through the challenges and make healthy changes simple and doable!

Over the years, I have helped people – each with their own, unique story – to achieve their health goals by making realistic, easy, and sustainable changes in their habits and daily lives.

It may seem overwhelming to juggle nutrition with the many other areas of your life, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to guide you as an expert on your personal journey to better health.
