Hi, I’m Lillian!

I am a licensed nutritionist (CDN, RDN) based in New York. I have helped hundreds of patients over my 8+ years of clinical experience. My nutrition philosophy focuses on real food and holistic wellness for real people.

Feeling overwhelmed? Many of my patients have tried changing eating habits on their own. Oftentimes, diet and exercise programs are not sustainable - plus their nutrition recommendations can be confusing. Just as with any skill, it takes knowledge and practice to learn how to live a healthier life - inclusive of good food, balance, mental wellness, and physical movement. I can help you figure out what works for you. Not everyone enjoys cooking, or hitting the gym, and that’s okay!

Through nutrition counseling, I will help to empower you to feel confident in making food and lifestyle choices. During our sessions, we will work on appropriate goal-setting and giving you the tools to see those goals through in your daily life.
